To ensure we offer you the best value for money with your IT support we offer it in two ways. You can purchase it per machine or per user. Per machine is a flat cost per machine for support, nothing else included. You dont have to have a package, if its better value for your needs not to then thats good with us! 

Per user includes machine support as well as Microsoft 365, Endpoint protection, backup and email signature management etc. You chose which pricing structure works for you. 

ALL PACKAGES come with remote support, updates to the machines operating system and service desk calls and tickets included as standard.
